Log in to your management account at www.holdingfx.org , select Deposit, choose your bank transfer, enter USD amount, the system will convert into VND equivalently and then click Deposit . After 5 minutes from the time your money reaches your HoldingFx bank account, the money will be transferred to your MT4 trading account and you can proceed with the transaction.

Yes. In lieu of the receipt, the system will send confirmation mail as soon as your funds arrive at the HoldingFx bank account.

The system can not transfer funds to your MT4 account, which may be due to one of the following reasons

• You have not declared the deposit information in the HoldingFx management account.
• Your money has not arrived in your HoldingFx bank account yet.

Please check if it’s the first case, log into the management account on the website www.holdingfx.org to declare deposit information; In the other case, please contact the bank that you ordered the money transfer to confirm if your money has been transferred.

Log in to your management account at www.holdingfx.org , select Withdrawal , choose the bank you want to withdraw from, enter the withdrawal amount USD, the system will be converted to VND equivalently. Click Withdrawal . The system will display information for you to check again. If you need to edit or change your mind, press the Delete . The withdrawal and deposit rates are the same and currently $ 1 = $ 23.000.
